Len of King of the Road www.kingoftheroad.net.au phoned to see if I was available for a one hour Sydney Ride starting from the Park Royal Darling Harbour, over the bridge to Kirribilli for some photo back to Mrs Macquarie's Chair, Kings Cross and deliver our passengers to the Harbour Bridge for a Bridge Climb. www.bridgeclimb.com
Easy as a ride through the park.
We meet before the appointed time and so had an impromptu photo shoot with a gentleman from the hotel.
With our hands back on the handlebars, our passengers arrive after having lunch in the hotel restaurant. We pair up and get ready to head for the Sydney Harbour Bridge crossing.
These trips are always different. Not like a rail trip where you know where you will always go.
The return crossing of the bridge, no problems. The ride through and past Mrs Macquarie's Chair, easy.
The trip past Garden Island and up to Kings Cross, no problems.
Getting back for the Bridge Climb, well, someone who organised the ride took part of the group for another harbour crossing by taking the wrong turn off. His little sheep even followed thinking he knew a better way.
The rest of us arrived at the climb starting point in Cumberland Street and waited for their arrival.
Since I have climbed Phoebe's Great Wall of China a few times, I thought it only fair to allow her to climb my Harbour Bridge.
Pheobe works for a inbound Tourist Company in Beijing.
I am sure Phoebe and her colleagues had a great climb.
So where did we go?

A good sense of direction.
A charming passenger, thanks Pheobe.

It's smiling time amongst the Psuedo Bikies. |
Normally it's "Say Cheese" not a hand waving exercise. |
We've made the crossing and I attempted a selfie +1. |
It's not cold, it's 'Striking the Pose'. |
The best way to get a photograph, have someone do it for you. |
Phoebe strikes 'The Pose', it's thumbs up around. |
