Giving Vodafone South Africa a tour of Sydney.

Trevor from Troll Tours www.trolltours.com.au contacted me with an 'Easy Job'. 3 hours and 30 minutes pick up Sydney, Blues Point, Bondi Beach and end at Watson's Bay.

So Sunday arrives a glorious clear blue skies as I look out the window and its cold as we are currently in winter. I prep with warm gear i.e. more layers of clothes.

I go to the stables aka the garage and ensure I have everything on board for the ride. 'Show Pony' is freshly cleaned as the white tends to show the dirt but my favourite colour, chrome is just a quick wash and looks like new. The new bags swallow everything except the helmet which I mount to the backrest.

The engine starts first push of the button and wakes the neighbours but what else are neighbours for but to be given an early wakeup call on a lovely clear Sunday morning?

I head to Kym's to meet for the trip into the city to meet Trevor and the passengers. Trevor's trike has broken a wheel bearing so Kym is now taking his trike so the Victory missing out on its first outing. It will only have to wait another week and the Berry ride.

Kym and I arrive at the Amora Jamison Hotel which is the pickup point at 8:45 am and as its 45 minute before we are supposed to be there, we are the only ones and so we get parking in the sheltered area at the hotel's front door. Its coffee time so Kym and I head up stairs to thaw out and see what the hotel's brew is like.
Photo composition = new bag, Show Pony, Shorty helmet and a finger.

Whose taking up all the room?
Today's passengers are from South Africa and a few a big boys. 2 have checked out the trike and ask Kym if its available and the ever tactful Kym asked how make they weigh. I am tactful and will not repeat the answer but they both cannot ride on trike as it will be overloaded.
'Show Pony' is up for the task and Johannes is kitted up and we are ready to go to explore the sights of Sydney. Across the Harbour Bridge and down to Blue's Point for the classic shot of the Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House.

Johannes takes control of Show Pony.
Johannes is staying put.
The bikepark is full.
Classic shot.
And that part is called, 'a thingy"
Yes' its a trike as it has a spare wheel but on the road.
The plan is to travel through Chinatown then to Mrs Macquarie's Chair. No such luck, Sydney City Council is doing major work and we deviate through the city and on to Mrs Macquarie's Chair.

Garden Island, to the east of Mrs Macquarie's Chair
And whilst as passengers enjoy the view and their guides tells them of what.
The other side of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
Next places are Woolloomooloo where we were going to stop and have a pie and around through Kings Cross where there is a market on. No stopping to shop as there is coffee waiting at the 'Bucket List' at Bondi Beach.
Panorama of Bondi beach from the Pavilion. Moving cars give  a strange effect don't you think?
I sneak to for a coffee and get back to 'Show Pony' before the passengers.

My coffee came from the Surfish Cafe.
Almost time to move onto Watson's Bay.
We mount up and head south past Tamarama and Bronte Beaches then north to Rose Bay and finally to Watson Bay so they can enjoy some good 'Aussie Tucker'.
So that's what I did with my Sunday. I won't mention the pie and Maroubra Beach post the trip as I am suppose to be on a diet.

So here where we went;
