Today's tourist ride had guests from the Sub continent on a business trip.

This tourist ride was a definite Ying and Yang.

The ride was going to be a nightmare as it was a pick up during the afternoon peak in a city that was never designed and just grew from a small colony in 1788.

The passengers were a delight and so excited, this is the second best part of doing this after actually riding.

What was going to be a fearful nightmare, a pick up at the Weston Hotel in Pitt Street, Sydney, went to another level when we were told we would not be allowed to park in the hotel's forecourt. Possibly if we had been driving Merc S 6.3 AMG or Beemer 7 Series we could have parked there but we were on Harleys and a Victory so, we had to work around this.

Such a resourceful group we are, we solved the problem but I am sworn to secrecy. The solution worked so we were able to get 16 Harleys and 1 Victory located near the hotel and loaded our passengers in a time span I have never experienced before. Though I am still a newbie at this tourist gig compared to others on the day.

First question to my passenger as I tightened the strap on the helmet. "Have you ridden on a motorcycle before?" "Yes but not a Harley", OK I will treat that as my passenger will be fine on the back and so she was. Such a delight and at times I had to check she was still aboard.

First and only photo opportunity was Mrs Macquarie's Chair. A great vantage point to have photographs with the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge in the background.

The classic view of Sydney Harbour. Even overcast its gracious.

The gangs all here. I hope you come back for your own holidays.

Fort Denison in the middle of the Harbour but almost hidden behind the trees.

I don't think the old crane will fit in the recycle bins but it is being scrapped..
What handicap sign. Even those big boots don't cover it.
The Harleys await the return of our tourists.
Look who I spied Greg 'Hellrider' taking photos.
Show pony awaits to once again, 'Hit the Road'.
My turn on the front. Where are we going?
Now to start 'Show Pony' I do what?

My passenger was more interested with photos on the Harley and who could blame her. 'Show Pony' was in its element.

Here's the route which took an hour. http://goo.gl/maps/VLr45
