Motorcyclist Training course 28 and 29 November 2015 in Picton NSW

I have been contacted by the Road Safety Officer at Wollondilly Shire Council and I thought I should share this information.

The Details:

Course Cost = $100 per day (Partially funded by Wollondilly Shire Council)
Date = 28 & 29 November 2015
Time = 9.30am to 4.00pm
Venue = 14 Henry Street, Picton
(opposite Picton Business Park)

Learn new skills, upskill, refresh or develop skills as a motorcyclist. The courses are
designed to boost your confidence in road riding skills and improve development of
road handling skills

Two separate courses are available:

 
Day 1 - Suitable for new riders / beginners / recreational riders
 

• Theory/Maintenance/adjusting bike to fit
• Practical skills to get you started (starting/stopping, turning onto the road,
avoiding the ‘hop, skip and jump’)
• Being able to hold the bike up at all times
• Begin development of skills, U-Turns, roundabouts conquered
• How to position the bike for safety
 

Day 2 - Suitable for intermediate /experienced riders
 

• Theory/Maintenance/adjusting bike to fit
• Assessment of riding skills
• Theory of why skills work
• Development of specific skills and building on all
• Completing a circuit smoothly
 

Each course runs for approximately 6-7 hours

The book early is a good idea but I only just got this so check your diary and book as soon as possible at $100.00 you can only benefit.
